Accessibility Statement
Accessibility Statement – DogLady
At DogLady, we are committed to providing inclusive and accessible services for all clients, including those with disabilities, in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code. We strive to ensure that every person can access our services comfortably and safely.

We welcome individuals with disabilities who are accompanied by a service animal. A service animal is recognized if it is readily apparent that the animal is used for reasons related to the person’s disability, such as a guide dog or other animal wearing a harness or vest. Alternatively, clients may provide documentation from a regulated health professional confirming the need for the animal due to a disability. Persons with disabilities accompanied by a service animal are permitted to enter DogLady’s premises and keep the animal with them in areas open to the public, unless the animal is excluded by law.

Clients bringing service animals are responsible for ensuring that their animal is under control at all times and behaves appropriately while on the premises. They are also responsible for maintaining up-to-date immunizations for their service animal. In certain situations, service animals may be excluded from specific areas due to health and safety requirements or other legal restrictions, such as areas where food is prepared or handled.

DogLady values feedback on how accessibility can be improved. Clients with questions, concerns, or suggestions about our accessibility policies or services are encouraged to contact us via email at CollegeParkDogLady@gmail.com by phone at +1 (289) 400-4639, or through our website at www.doglady.com. This Accessibility Statement will be reviewed and updated annually to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and to reflect our commitment to accessibility for all.
